$4.75 per ccf for over 1200 cubic feet up to 2600 cubic feet (13-26 units)
$5.15 per ccf for all over 2600 cubic feet (over 26 units)
One (1) unit of water = 100 cubic feet (748 gallons)
MULTI-UNITS:
Multiple dwelling units include two or more on the same lot such as duplexes, triplex, rear houses, townhomes, condominiums, mixed-use, and commercial. The monthly charge for each additional unit is $20.00 per unit. This is in addition to your monthly meter charge.(as of 4/1/2025)
